About White Palms

Kristi and Matt are the owners and creative force behind White Palms Wedding & Event Hire. They are passionate about creating visually beautiful celebrations and enjoy working with clients to achieve a look that matches their own personal style and vision.

Together they have worked on many events over the years ranging from small personal gatherings, corporate functions, weddings-right through to planning and coordinating large scale community and private events.

White Palms Wedding & Event Hire specialise in offering high quality event furniture and decor for special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, engagements, birthdays, christenings or any other special milestone. They service Port Macquarie – Taree – Forster – Pacific Palms.

How it all Started

After arriving to the Mid North Coast several years ago Kristi and Matthew instantly fell in love with the natural beauty of the area, stunning coast line and unique locations.

With an experienced back ground in project management, hospitality, and adventure tourism, Kristi and Matthew  launched White Palms Wedding & Event Hire.

They wanted to showcase this amazing region and provide a service that supports others to experience the breathtaking locations that this region has to offer.

How to Hire

Please enjoy browsing through their high grade furniture and decor. Once you have created your ‘wish-list’, fill in your ‘details’ and press ‘quote’. One of the team will respond with your quote and inform you if the items you have selected are in stock, and if your event date is available.

If you are happy with the quote they will arrange a time to deliver/set up your items at your location. They deliver from Port Macquarie through to Port Stephens. Alternatively, they can organise a time for you to pick up selected items from their warehouse.

Geoff & I were going to build our own bamboo arbour but were finding it difficult to locate bamboo to purchase. I contacted Kristi and Matt in regards to hiring their bamboo arbour and had a very prompt and delightful response. All correspondence from Kristi was professional, from quotes, to confirming dates, prices etc. Matt & Kristi delivered and constructed the arbour and also picked up on completion. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and they are such a friendly, happy couple to deal with. We can and will fully recommend this hire business to anyone who is requiring wedding/party hire.

What an amazing company! After doing some research and getting no answer from a few other companies in the area white palms weddings got back to me in a day and that line of communication stayed open up all the way up to our wedding day! Kristi is wonderful to work with and super professional! The products are better then described! The white back drop with lights is AMAZING! Drop off and pick up was as planned and Kristi and her husband even helped deliver some of our stuff back to our house so we didn’t have to make a second trip! Kristi went above and beyond to fix a little hiccup with some table cloths! Cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Kristi for everything you did to make our wedding day perfect!

I was looking for a decorator for my wedding and was in constant contact with Kristi. She was so helpful and full of amazing ideas and flexible on pricing. She was really easy to get in touch with. Trying to organise a regional wedding from Sydney in the Forster area, a lot of the decorators do not return calls, Kristi was fantastic and really gave you her time and understanding.
